Tom’s broad ranged expertise includes labor, city, state and federal government negotiations. Including Tax Incentives, P3 partnerships and development. He has substantive legal experience in telecommunications and construction, including 20 years of experience serving as the Secretary and General Counsel for TK6, Inc./CES International, Inc. and General Counsel GEMCO Constructors, LLC.
Tom resides in Indianapolis and has worked from offices in London, Sydney, Tampa, Chicago, San Francisco and New York. He graduated from Wabash College and the Indiana University School of Law.

Kirk has managed diverse teams spread out throughout EMEA and North America supporting customers across multiple verticals of industry including financial services, telecommunications, digital media, entertainment, system integration, managed services as well as multiple private equity partners. Kirk was recently a part of the executive leadership team at Aligned Energy and helped create the growth strategy with Macquarie Infrastructure Partners (MIP), which is an investment fund
managed by Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA), as well as BlueMountain
Capital Management, LLC. Kirk’s Data Center and Mission Critical career began in 1995 when he volunteered for US Navy Nuclear Fast Attack Submarine service (SSN-691). Over the course of his career Kirk has worked for Medtronic, Active Power, EatonCorporation, Hewlett-Packard’s Technology Services Consulting practice (EYP), CyrusOne Data Centers, NOVA Mission Critical
and most recently Aligned Energy.
Kirk has served in numerous Executive Roles throughout his career. Kirk is also the founder
of the Data Center Austin Conference (DC/AC) which is a technical summit focused on bringing data center professionals together at a launch point of discovery and
collaboration to solve tomorrow’s capacity challenges. In addition to having worked
with a large number of the Fortune 1000 Kirk has worked with some of the largest data center providers in the world throughout the globe. Kirk is a member of the “Class of
2010 Military Top 40 under 40” and currently resides in Texas.

In his previous role as Senior Vice President of Sales for Aligned Energy, Greenwood developed sales and marketing strategies, lead strategic partnerships and alliances, and ensured his team had the necessary resources for a successful sales process.

Sam is a passionate leader and mentor who has successfully built and led teams responsible for all aspects of financial reporting, accounting, treasury management, investor and lender relations, and budgeting and forecasting for several organizations. Sam also has extensive transactional experience serving both buyers and sellers in numerous real estate transactions.

United States Army. After completing his service, Jesse returned home and went straight into the mechanical trade. He brings a unique insight into project planning and delivery, having worked in
the trenches with each of the trades, as well as having managed multimillion-dollar projects as
a GC. He has protected the owner as an Owners Rep and deployed over $600 million in capital as an owner, for a top colocation provider. At Overwatch, his mission is to deliver the highest
quality product available while ensuring that our employees have a positive, family-friendly environment that nurtures both personal and professional growth.
Most recently, Jesse was the director of platform delivery at Aligned Energy where he
was responsible for all day-to-day construction activities across fourcampuses and deploying over $600 million in capex. With over 10 years of mission critical experience, he has built
for every large colocation provider as well as a majority of the FAMGA (Facebook, Apple, Microsoft, Google andAmazon). Jesse has overseen the coordination of over1,000 contractors and a supply chain valued at over 400 million dollars.

In 2014, Anthony completed his final mission in the US Army and commenced the next chapter of his career, building communication towers for T-Mobile & AT&T, throughout the United States. Anthony was further advanced in recruitment to build data centers for CyrusOne and Zayo at NOVA Mission Critical. While at NMC, Anthony led and managed a multi-million-dollar program with Google Fiber, handling numerous consultingcontracts simultaneously. Anthony has
spent the past 2 ½ years deploying cloud infrastructure around the globe
as an employee of Oracle Cloud before joining Digital Crossroad.
